Hi! I’m Mel, a Melbourne mum of two, and I know the daily juggle—working, managing the house, looking after the kids, and figuring out what’s for dinner.

My love for food began early, watching my grandma in the kitchen as she made date scones, apple pies, roast pork, and her famous coleslaw. Food has always been my greatest love (aside from family and friends), and it’s where I find a sense of calm.

I first started cooking when I moved out on my own, experimenting and discovering that the kitchen was my go-to space, whether I was celebrating or needing comfort. My husband always says my superpower is whipping up something from nothing and creating easy, delicious dinners for our family.

Now, I've poured all my love and experience into a 3-month meal plan designed to make dinnertime simpler and more enjoyable for families, so you can spend less time stressing over meals and more time with the people who matter most.
